Nature Conservation (NCO) master´s degree programme is open for bachelor´s degree-holders with a background in ecology, biology, zoology, botany, conservation biology, landscape ecology or environmental sciences. The NCO programme is best suited for those wishing to acquire advanced knowledge and research-based skills in nature conservation. The NCO programme provides a solid understanding of both applied and theory-based resource conservation and management, based on principles of applied landscape ecology. NCO is an accredited degree programme required for the practice of management of protected landscape areas with the Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic, the EU and applicable international locations as well.
