Dr. Petra Šímová as a candidate successfully underwent a process of habilitation on Wednesday October 21. She proofed her publication and teaching experience during public defense the habilitation thesis Geoinformatics in ecology: selected aspects of the use of spatial data.
Upon the recommendation of the habilitation committee including the reviewers Aleš Čepek, Martin Klimánek and František Zemek (from outside the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague), the scientific board as a highest scientific organ of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, at which the candidate sought habilitation, voted.
Petra Šímová obtained absolute majority and she was appointed Associate Professor by university rector on December 7, 2015.
