CZU offers students with special needs, disabilities, specific learning disabilities or chronic illnesses study support through the Centre for Students with Special Needs. The Centre provides study and professional counselling to students and applicants at the CZU.
The Centre provides special interventions for CZU students with visual, hearing and speech disabilities.
They also arrange assistance services for CZU students with limited mobility (accompaniment, roommates, tutoring, and assistance during study).
In addition to diagnostics and counselling, the Centre also provides recommendations to students during their studies. These include, for example, recommendations for compensatory aids, longer time for testing, modification of the form of testing, etc.
If needed, please contact the Centre as soon as possible after the beginning of your study. The Centre cooperates with the employees providing support to students with special needs at the CZU faculties and institutes and with the CZU Study Department staff.
The contact person for FZP students is Vice Dean for Teaching and Learning doc. Ing. Jan Skaloš, Ph.D. MCEVII/319, phone: +420 224 382 992, email: skalos@fzp.czu.cz
