2019-present. Federico and Yanina have started a collaboration with the prestigious ecologist prof. Richard A. Fuller, from the Queensland University, Brisbane, Australia. The shared topics between the Community Ecology & Conservation research group and the Fuller´s Laboratory are many: interactions between wild animals and humans, ecology in cities, biodiversity studies and conservation strategies.
Europe-USA
2017-present. As part of an international team of ecologist focusing the effects of urban growth and expansion on the different components of biodiversity, Federico Morelli and Yanina Benedetti are investigating the impact of urbanization on biodiversity, exploring wildlife behavioral responses to a multilevel assessment of community changes in taxonomic, functional and phylogenetic diversity.
India
2017-present. Federico Morelli and Yanina Benedetti started collaboration with the prof. Reuven Yosef focusing ecology and movements of leopards, as well as the human and wildlife interactions in the Jhalana Reserve, Jaipur, India.
Germany
2017-present. Federico Morelli and Yanina Benedetti started collaboration with the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Halle, Germany, focusing human and wildlife interactions and potential management solutions at a regional and large spatial scale, mainly in urban and peri-urban environments, in Europe.
China
2016-present. Federico Morelli and Yanina Benedetti started research collaboration with the Hainan Normal University, Haikou China. The main topics focused are: 1) the biodiversity of urban green areas in Beijing, and 2) The ecology of brood parasite species of Cuculidae, association with host species and potential use as bioindicator.

Marketa Zarybnicka join with a fellowship the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Cornell University, USA. Collaborating in the Citizen Science Program, learning about Citizen Science, introduction of Birds Online project, and making new contacts.
Sweden
Marketa Zarybnicka conducted applied research in Sweden; Behaviour and breeding biology of Siberian jay Perisoreus infaustus. The cooperation with prof. Michael Griesser, Uppsala University, Sweden.
Finland
Marketa Zarybnicka conducted applied research in Finland; Monitoring of Boreal owl Aegolius funereus nesting using camera boxes. Fieldwork was carried out in Kauhava region. The cooperation with prof. Erki Korpimäki (University of Turku) and prof. Michael Griesser (University of Turku, Uppsala University).
