Selection procedures are announced on the faculty website and Facebook, and students are informed via email. Students search for a traineeship on their own. They may ask the faculty Erasmus traineeship coordinator for available offers, but the student has to be proactive in finding a placement.
Selection procedure
Students apply based on the call they will receive via email. Students submit the following document:
- CV (in English)
- Letter of Motivation (in English)
The second step is to participate in the interview. The interview is in English, or the language of the receiving institution.
After the selection procedure
The faculty Erasmus traineeship coordinator informs selected students about the next steps.
Student fills in the forms required for a traineeship, which can be found here,
Documents have to be approved by both the rectorate IRO and the faculty IRO:
a) Application for traineeship
b) Learning Agreement for Traineeships
c) Statutory declaration
d) Request Form for UIS
If the student leaves during the regular semester and has study duties, they need to contact their Study Coordinator. During the whole period of the traineeship, the student must be enrolled CZU student (except for graduation internships).
The outgoing student is obliged to arrange travel insurance for the entire period of the planned mobility. More information can be found here.
