Abstract:
The System of Evaluated Soil Ecological Units (in the Czech Republic known as BPEJ) has been used by many institutions of the Czech Republic for different purposes including soil protection, the setting and formation of prices as well as the subsidies policy of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. The system is significantly interrelated with state administration activities. It is embedded in many legislative tools and its changes without any analysis of impacts could lead to the interruption of the mentioned link. The proposal of BPEJ system innovation forms the contents of the project NAZV QK1920280 (ending this year). The aim of this project proposal is to use the conclusions of the mentioned project and to implement them to the legislation framework setting in the Czech Republic.
