You are cordially invited for lecture by Dr. Chris Pappas (Université de Montréal) and fillowing workshop. Dr. Pappas will summarize findings published in his article “Ecosystem functioning is enveloped by hydrometeorological variability” (Nature Ecology and Evolution, 2017) on hydroclimatic variability on ecosystems across time scale with the use of multi-sources data. Workshop will be focused on modelling of hydroclimatic and ecosystem processes in the R.
Lecture will be held on Sep. 14th at 2 pm in room D217, building MCEVII
Workshop will be held on Sep. 21th, from 9 am to 4 pm, room Z119, building MCEV
Please register yourself at strnadf@fzp.czu.cz. Workshop reguires basic knowledge in statistic and R environment. For more informations please see poster attached.
