Prof. Miroslav Šálek and doctoral student Martin Sládeček contributed to a unique research study focused on behavioural ecology of Waders (order Charadriiformes) when they actively participated in systematic monitoring of social behaviour in different parts of the world. Complex international team lead by Max Planck Institute for Ornithology was coordinated by doctoral student Martin Bulla (former student of FES) under supervision of his study advisor prof.
