One of the important outcomes of the GACR project (Non-crop habitat islands within arable fields: local hotspots of biodiversity and ecosystem services?) is the article published in August in the prestigious journal Diversity and Distributions. The study is focused on the impact of black locust invasions on the arthropod community in isolated forest fragments within intensively managed agricultural landscapes. The study is also unique in its taxonomic scope: it examines and evaluates impacts on 13 different groups of arthropods. The first author is our doctoral student Martin Štrobl. Congratulations!!!
